The product is NEW and may have been unsealed to ensure the product is authentic. Open source product is not eligible for any rebate, spiff, marketing, or any other program that may pertain to its manufacturer. Open Source provides a standard 1 year warranty. The product is eligible for returns if it is DOA or returned within 14 business days from order receipt. A restock fee will be added if the return does not fit this criterion
